The Court granted the plaintiff’s request to certify the action against WN Pharmaceuticals and Natural Factors Nutritional Products Limited but did not certify the case against Jamieson Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The Court allowed the plaintiff to file supplemental evidence in support of her case against Jamieson.

On September 18, 2020: The Court dismissed the plaintiffs’ motion for certification on the basis that there was no evidence of consumer harm.
