Ambitious and driven to succeed, Jonathan (Jon) does not shy away from a challenge and is motivated to achieve best possible outcome for his clients.
Jon’s work focuses on the areas of class action and aviation law. In representing plaintiffs, Jon regularly draws on his background in business, finance, and economics to help him analyze damages methodologies and advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive appropriate compensation.
Responsiveness and reliability are two qualities that Jon prioritizes in his work. His clients can also depend on him to understand the substantive and procedural legal aspects in their cases.
Outside of CFM Lawyers, Jon has volunteered as a supervising lawyer for the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program (LSLAP), a non-profit run by the students at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia, which provides legal advice and representation to clients in the Lower Mainland who would otherwise be unable to afford legal assistance.
In his spare time Jon loves board games, computer games and archery. He also is a huge fan of bubble tea and loves to explore the best bubble tea cafes in Vancouver.
